Job Title:  Staff Engineer IV

Description:  Leads projects, setting the pace for all other assigned personnel. Technical and programmatic lead for specific projects.  Develops strategic, tactical and operational plans.  Manages and is responsible for program cost, schedule and technical performance.  Significant education, training and applied experience in one or more engineering disciplines including mechanical systems, structures, electronics, avionics, chemical, civil, environmental or related field.  Responsible for effective staffing, providing resources, leading and managing project personnel.  Performs engineering design, cost benefit and other analyses necessary for meeting customer contractual requirements and expectations.  Resolves technical, financial, schedule, personnel, customer and other issues.

Qualifications:  A Master of Science degree (Doctorate preferred) and 20 or more years of highly relevant experience is generally required.

Job Title:  Data Analyst III

Description:  Leads Obtains, screens, reduces and analyzes complex technical data and information.  Accurately identifies historical and predicts future system and component performance including reliability, wear, failure and demand trends.  Possesses education, training and experience operating, maintaining or supporting systems undergoing analysis.  Creates and provides scientists, engineers and research analysts with data and information analysis reports and summaries readily applicable to overall project activities.  Constructs and presents data and information analysis briefings to peers, higher management customers and potential clients.

Qualifications:  A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), or equivalent years experience, and 10 or more years of highly relevant experience are generally required.


Job Title:  Logistics Analyst III

Description:  Performs research and analysis for optimizing system and component life cycle logistics support.  Ensures all 10 standard logistics elements are addressed in development of new and improvement of existing systems.  Education, training, experience and ability to manipulate and extract relevant logistics and supplies data and information from standard and tailored systems.  Performs deliberate time-phased planning for placing necessary logistics elements at proper locations on schedule for supporting project activities.  Advises program managers, scientists, engineers, research analysts, buying activities, contracting, finance, maintenance and other disciplines of logistics planning and improvement activities, issues and status.  Constructs and presents data and information analysis briefings to peers, higher management customers and potential clients.

Qualifications:  A Master of Logistics and Supply Chain Managements degree (Doctorate preferred), or equivalent years experience, and 16 or more years of highly relevant experience are generally required.


Job Title:  Supply Analyst III

Description:  Performs research and analysis for optimizing system and component supply chain management support.  Ensures proper supply/acquisition codes, levels and purchase schedules are addressed in development of new and improvement of existing systems.  Education, training, experience and ability to manipulate and extract relevant supply data and information from standard and tailored systems.  Performs deliberate time-phased planning for placing necessary supplies at proper locations on schedule for supporting project activities.  Advises program managers, scientists, engineers, research analysts, buying activities, contracting, finance, maintenance and other disciplines of supply chain management planning and improvement activities, issues and status.  Constructs and presents supply data and information analysis briefings to peers, higher management customers and potential  clients.

Qualifications:  A Bachelor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management degree (Master's preferred), or equivalent years experience, and 16 or more years of highly relevant experience are generally required.  Alternative Education/Experience:  Associate's degree, extensive training and 25 years highly relevant experience.
